Bird with the biggest wing per body mass.

Female Great FrigatebirdImage via Wikipedia

The Great Frigatebird is pretty big at 85–105 cm (33.5–41.5 in) long, but its wings are even bigger at some 205–230 cm (80.5–90.5 in) in length. It weighs just 1–1.8 kg (2.2–4 lb), giving it the biggest wing area compared to body mass of any bird.

It puts these wings to rude use, stealing fish from other birds. Might does not make right, Mr. Frigatebird.
